0–30 days: Free replacement. 31–90 days: 50% discount on replacement. 91 days–6 months: 25% discount code. 6 months–1 year: 10% discount code. Applicable for all hardware failures.
Can I cancel my order?
Orders can be cancelled within 4 hours of placement or before initiation of prototype or card design (whichever is earlier). After that, the order may already be in processing.
What should I do if my card arrives damaged?
Take a clear photo of the damage and report it to support@tapnsave.in within 48 hours of delivery. A replacement will be arranged as per the warranty policy.

Is TapnSave secure and private?
Yes, TapnSave prioritizes security and privacy. Your information is securely stored on the card, and you have full control over what details you choose to share. Tapnsave does not store your data on external servers, ensuring your information remains private.
Which phones work with TapNSave?
The card is compatible with most smartphones manufactured within the past 4–5 years. iPhones (7 and newer) allow card reading automatically from iOS 13 onward. Older models may require manual NFC scanning via Control Center. Android devices with NFC enabled (usually found in Settings > Connected devices > NFC) are supported
What should I do if I lose or damage my TapNSave card?
No Worries, Contact our support team and we will create a new card. Any stored data or links remain manageable via your profile
Is there a recurring fee or subscription for my card's digital profile?
You don't need to pay for first year, and from next year onwards, we take only Rs. 99/- for year. This small amount will help us in upgrading and adding up multiple features in your card.

How does the QR standee work?

Where is the NFC sensor located on iPhones?
The NFC sensor on iPhones is located at the top-center of the phone near the Apple logo on the back. You can watch the video on our help center page for more details.
How do I use an NFC card with my phone?
1. Enable NFC in your phone settings. 2. Hold your phone 1–2 inches above the NFC card. 3. Move the phone around the center-back area of the card until a connection is made. 4. On iPhones, the phone must be unlocked. 5. Avoid using thick metal phone cases as they may block the signal.
Does a QR standee work on all phones?
Yes. Any smartphone with a camera and a QR scanning app (or built-in camera QR support) can scan the standee. No special hardware is required.
What materials are NFC cards made of?
Tap N Save cards are available in two materials: Metal (stainless steel-based, premium finish) and PVC (standard plastic, similar to a credit card). Both are durable and long-lasting.
What is a Combo Package?
A combo package bundles one or more NFC cards with a tabletop standee at a discounted price. It is ideal for business owners who want both a personal card and a table display.
Which phones are compatible with NFC cards?
Compatible iPhones: iPhone 7 and newer (requires iOS 13+). Compatible Android phones: Samsung Galaxy S7+, Google Pixel 2+, OnePlus 6+, Mi/Redmi/Oppo/Vivo/Realme NFC models, Motorola G and Edge series. Note: Older phones and non-NFC models cannot read NFC cards.

My NFC card is not scanning. What should I do?
1. Make sure NFC is enabled on your phone (Settings > Connections/NFC). 2. Remove thick metal phone cases which can block NFC. 3. Hold your phone close (1–2 inches) to the center of the card and move slowly. 4. Make sure your phone screen is ON and unlocked (required for iPhones). 5. Try placing the top-back of an iPhone over the card, or the center-back of an Android.
My iPhone is not reading the NFC card. What should I do?
1. Ensure your iPhone is iPhone 7 or newer. 2. Update to iOS 13 or higher. 3. Unlock the phone first — iPhones require the screen to be unlocked for NFC. 4. Hold the TOP of the iPhone (near the camera) over the card. 5. Avoid thick or metal phone cases.
My Android phone is not reading the NFC card. What should I do?
1. Go to Settings > Connections > NFC and enable it. 2. Hold the back-center of the phone over the card. 3. Keep the phone still for 1–2 seconds after placing it. 4. Try with the phone case removed. 5. Check if your Android model supports NFC — not all budget Android phones have NFC.
The NFC card worked before but is not working now. Why?
Possible reasons: 1. NFC was accidentally disabled on the phone. 2. The card was physically damaged (bent, scratched). 3. A new phone case is blocking NFC. Try re-enabling NFC and removing the case. If the card is physically damaged, contact support for a replacement.
How do I track my order?
You will receive a tracking number via email/WhatsApp after your order is dispatched. Use this number on the courier's website to track your delivery.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days after processing. Express Shipping: 1–3 business days. Order processing takes 1–2 business days.
Can I change my order after placing it?
Contact Tap N Save immediately at support@tapnsave.in or +91 9057890578. Changes may be possible if the order has not yet started processing. Orders cannot be modified once dispatched.
Can I cancel my order after placing it?
Orders can be cancelled within 4 hours of placement or before designing or prototyping is initiated (whichever is earlier). Contact support@tapnsave.in or call +91 9057890578 immediately.
I entered the wrong delivery address. What should I do?
Contact support immediately at support@tapnsave.in with your order number and correct address. If the order has not been dispatched, the address can be corrected. If already dispatched, re-shipping charges will apply.
My order has not arrived. What should I do?
Allow up to 5 business days after dispatch before raising an inquiry. If it has been more than 5 business days, contact support@tapnsave.in with your order number and tracking details.
My package appears lost. What should I do?
First, contact the courier company with your tracking number. If the courier confirms the package is lost, contact Tap N Save at support@tapnsave.in — lost packages are covered and a resolution will be arranged.
My card arrived damaged. What should I do?
Take a clear photo of the damage and email it to support@tapnsave.in within 48 hours of delivery with your order number. A free replacement will be arranged within the 0–30 day warranty period.
Can I return the product if I don't like it?
If the product is damaged or defective, contact support within 48 hours for a replacement. Since all products are customized, returns are not accepted for change of mind.
How long does a refund take to process?
Since this is a customized product, we do not offer refunds. However, you can request a replacement as per our replacement/warranty policy.
I want to update the information on my NFC card. Can I do that?
The information linked to your NFC card can be updated through your Tap N Save account (if the card is linked to a digital profile). You can log in at https://share.tapnsave.in and enter your credentials to access and update your data. For physical design changes, a new card must be ordered.
Is my phone compatible with Tap N Save NFC cards?
Compatible phones include: iPhone 7 and newer (iOS 13+), Samsung Galaxy S7+, Google Pixel 2+, OnePlus 6+, and most modern NFC-enabled Android phones. If your phone is older than 2016 or is a budget model without NFC, it may not be compatible. Check your phone's NFC support in Settings.
I have an older phone without NFC. Can I still use Tap N Save products?
Yes. QR codes can be added to cards and all tabletop standees use QR codes. You can scan these with any smartphone camera — no NFC required.
